Our online application takes just a few minutes to complete. Once submitted, our team reviews your information and will notify you of a decision promptly.

Peak Loans is a state-licensed lender currently operating in Delaware, Idaho, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. Loan availability, amounts, and terms vary by state. If you are not a resident of one of these states, we are unable to process your application at this time.

Peak Loans offers installment loans up to $2,500, based on your income, state of residence, and creditworthiness. Loan amounts vary by state and are subject to eligibility requirements and approval. Not all applicants will qualify for the maximum loan amount.

An installment loan gives you a lump sum of money upfront that you repay in fixed, scheduled payments over an agreed-upon loan term. Each payment covers both principal and interest. Once approved, funds are deposited directly into your bank account — often as soon as the next business day. You'll know your exact payment amount and schedule before you sign.

Rates and fees vary based on your loan amount, term, state of residence, and credit profile. Peak Loans' products are short-term, higher-cost credit products. All fees and your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign. We encourage you to review all terms carefully and consider all available credit options before borrowing.

To be considered for a loan with Peak Loans, you generally need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a resident of a state where Peak Loans is licensed
  • Have an active checking account open for at least 30 days
  • Have verifiable income of at least $1,000 per month
  • Be employed for at least 3 months with your current employer
  • Have a valid phone number where you can be reached

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and applicable state law.

Unfortunately, self-employed applicants do not currently qualify for a loan with Peak Loans. Our loan products require verifiable employment income from an employer. If your situation changes, we encourage you to apply again in the future.

Yes — Social Security income may be accepted if you receive $1,000 or more per month and meet all other eligibility requirements. Your income must be verifiable and deposited directly into your checking account.

No — perfect credit is not required to apply. Peak Loans considers multiple factors when reviewing your application, not just your credit score. We look at your income, employment history, and banking history as part of our review process. Customers with less-than-perfect credit are encouraged to apply.

Once your application is approved and your loan agreement is signed, funds are typically deposited into your bank account via direct deposit as soon as the same business day or the next business day, depending on the time your application is approved and your bank's processing times. We work hard to get money in your hands as quickly as possible.

Payment frequency is typically aligned with your pay schedule. Your exact payment schedule will be outlined in your loan agreement before you sign. Payments are automatically debited from your checking account on the scheduled dates.

Yes — you can pay off your loan early at any time. Early payoff may reduce the total interest you pay over the life of the loan. To arrange an early payoff, log in to your customer portal or contact our customer service team at 1-833-303-5757.

Absolutely. Peak Loans takes your privacy seriously. All personal and financial information you provide is kept strictly confidential and is protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

No. Peak Loans will never request your Social Security Number, bank account number, or any sensitive financial information via text message or unsolicited email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Peak Loans, do not respond — contact us directly at 1-833-303-5757 to report it.
