Who we are & What we do

Who we are

Peak Loans is a licensed licensed lender offering installment loans and related financial products to consumers in the states where we hold active lending licenses. Our principal place of business is located in Utah. For questions about this notice, contact us at info@peakloans.com or 1-833-303-5757.

How we protect your information

We use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure file storage, access controls that limit employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, and regular security audits. All employees with access to customer information are trained on data privacy and security requirements.

How we collect your information

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Apply for a loan or create an account on our website
  • Provide income, employment, or bank account information
  • Make a payment or manage your loan account
  • Contact our customer service team

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, identity verification providers, income and employment verification services, and affiliates.

Why we can't limit all sharing

Federal law gives you the right to limit only (a) sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; (b) affiliates from using your information to market to you; and (c) sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more on your state-specific rights.
